Masaledar Biryani

Ingredients:
Meat                                         500 grams
Basmati Rice                            500 g / 3 cup
Onion (finely chopped)            4 pieces / 320 g
Tomatoes (finely chopped)      4 pieces / 250 g
Yogurt (whipped)                    1¼ cup / 250 g
Garlic (crushed)                       2 tbsp
Ginger (ground)                       2 tablespoons
Green pepper (chopped)                   6 to 8 pieces
Oil                                           1 ¼ cup / 250 g
Powdered spices                      70 grams
Salt                                           According to your taste
Red pepper (ground)               as savor
Recipe

 Fry the onion light red in hot oil. Add meat, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, yogurt, chopped green chilies, salt, ground red pepper and crushed spices and fry for ten to fifteen minutes on low heat. Put 4.5 cups of water and cook for few minutes on light flame (no need to water in case of poultry). When it leaves the curry take away from the flame. Take a 12 glass of water add 3 teaspoons salt and boil the rice even mining remains. Apply two layers of curry and rice in a pot and sprinkle the yellow food colour on it. Steam the biryani for 5 minutes at high heat and then over very low heat for 10 minutes. Tasty biryani is ready.
